- Once complete, return it via email and we’ll get everything set up for you.
Need to update an existing Direct Debit?
Simply email us with your:
- LISA account number
- New monthly contribution amount.

- The minimum contribution for a Unity Mutual LISA is:
- £25 for one-off payments
- £10 for monthly Direct Debits.
- The maximum you can save each tax year* is £4,000, and the Government will add a 25% bonus on whatever you save — that’s up to £1,000 free each year.
*The tax year runs from 6 April to 5 April the following year.
You can transfer your LISA from another provider without triggering a withdrawal penalty, provided:
- Any current tax year contributions are transferred in full.
- The transfer is completed within 30 calendar days of your request.
